This January I had the opportunity to host a blogger’s link up called “Our Growing Edge.” Our Growing Edge is all about bloggers trying and sharing new things. It’s also about adventure, growth and pushing the boundaries.
The theme for the month of January was “Healthy Starts,” which seemed fitting, as most of us moved away from holiday baking and indulging and into a healthier new year. But eating healthy shouldn’t just be about January, it’s about the entire year.
You know what they say at Weight Watchers? “It’s not what you eat between Christmas and New Years, but what you eat between New Years and Christmas that counts!”
