Healthy Starts Round up – Our Growing Edge

This January I had the opportunity to host a blogger’s link up called “Our Growing Edge.” Our Growing Edge is all about bloggers trying and sharing new things. It’s also about adventure, growth and pushing the boundaries.

The theme for the month of January was “Healthy Starts,” which seemed fitting,  as most of us moved away from holiday baking and indulging and into a healthier new year. But eating healthy shouldn’t just be about January, it’s about the entire year.

You know what they say at Weight Watchers? “It’s not what you eat between Christmas and New Years,  but what you eat between New Years and Christmas that counts!”

And now we have these wonderfully healthy recipes to carry us beyond January. Why not try something new and healthy?!

About Food Meanderings

I’m Terri, a contest winning competitive home cook and baker and hobby cake decorator. I’m inspired by and enjoy the challenge of developing recipes for cooking competitions because I really have to push myself to be creative. I love all things food and spend much of my spare time thinking about food, cooking food, taking photos of food, writing about food, reading about food, making art with food and sharing my love of food. I also tend to ramble on about food. That’s why I started this blog.
