This easy Avocado Cream Sauce recipe, made with avocado and Greek yogurt, is quick and easy. It pairs well with so many dishes such as poke bowls, tacos, carnitas, fajitas, and can be used as a sauce or a dip.
Remove avocado flesh from the skin and mash with a fork in a medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix everything together until smooth. It's okay if it's still a little lumpy.* You could also puree it all in a blender or food processor to make it very smooth, but it's really not necessary.
