This 15 Minute Pizza Dough is quick and easy to make and produces a delicious, soft, chewy pizza crust with basic pantry ingredients like yeast, flour, oil, sugar, and salt.
In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil. Mix until smooth. * don't be afraid to get in there and mix with your hands! Let rest for 5 minutes.
Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan.
Roll out onto floured surface or directly onto pizza pan.
Spread with pizza sauce and desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees F/205 degrees C, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving
