These easy Mini Egg Cupcakes are a fun and festive Easter treat that looks just like an Easter egg hunt in cupcake form!

flower shaped candy cupcake sprinkles

frosting (vanilla/white)

green food coloring (approximately)

chocolate mini eggs

Instructions
Bake cupcakes, as per recipe you are using. *Only fill the cupcake liners to β full.
Cool on wire rack.
Mix frosting and green food coloring together in a medium bowl. Add more green food coloring until you reach the desired color.
Make signs (you can do this in advance)
or you can purchase them
.
Put coupler inside piping bag and trim off end.
Add grass tip to piping bag
Add coupler ring to seal tip on piping bag
Fill the piping bag β full with frosting
Twist the top of the piping bag
Pipe grass on cupcakes.
Keep piping until top of cupcake is covered with grass.
Add 4-5 mini cadbury eggs
Pipe a little more grass around some of the eggs.
Add about 4-6 flower candies.
Add signs to the top of each cupcake and serve!
