Instructions
Mix white hot chocolate mix and hot water or milk together (as per directions on the package) *I buy my white hot chocolate at Bulk Barn and it's about 3 tablespoon for each 1.5 cups
Beat whipping cream to soft peaks, *then add 1 teaspoon white granulated sugar and 2 tablespoon of piping gel to stabilize, if using* and beat to stiff peaks. Add green food coloring, a little at a time to achieve desired color (match to marshmallows)
Slowly add green food coloring to hot chocolate to match the color of the marshmallows.
Add whip cream to hot chocolate, stir (it will foam) and then add marshmallows and 2 or 3 gummy worms. * You can press the candy eyes into the marshmallows to prevent them from slipping in. (I actually forgot to do this for these photos).

Expert Recipe Tips:
Match the color to your marshmallows: Add the green food coloring a tiny bit at a time using a toothpick. This gives you much more control and helps you perfectly match the marshmallows for a cohesive “witchy brew” look.
Don’t overheat the white hot chocolate: If the liquid is too hot, it can cause the whipped cream to melt immediately. Let it cool slightly before topping for the best foamy texture.
Stabilize your whipped cream: Adding piping gel, a touch of cornstarch, or instant pudding mix helps your whipped cream keep its shape longer—especially if you’re serving this drink at a party.
Press candy eyes into the marshmallows: To keep them from slipping into the drink, gently press the candy eyes into mini marshmallows before adding them to the hot chocolate.
Serve in clear mugs or cauldron cups: A transparent mug shows off all the fun layers and color, while a mini cauldron mug makes it extra festive for Halloween parties.
Keep it warm for parties: If you’re making a large batch, pour it into a small slow cooker or insulated carafe to keep it warm without scorching.
Make it spooky and customizable: Set up a “witch’s brew bar” with bowls of gummy worms, candy eyes, colored whipped cream, and sprinkles so everyone can create their own creepy concoction.
Add a grown-up twist: For an adult version, add a splash of Baileys, vanilla vodka, or peppermint schnapps after heating.
