These Skinny Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks are an easy and delicious Weight Watchers appetizer ! But they are also keto friendly, low-carb gluten-free and quick and easy to make with leftover rotisserie chicken or canned chicken breast!

Ingredients

bunch
chopped celery
cut into 2-3 inch long pieces
1
cup
rotisserie chicken
* or use canned chicken breast
¼
cup
buffalo sauce
* I use Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
¼
cup
fat free cream cheese
softened * or use light cream cheese
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
¼
teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
Garnish
4
green onion
chopped into tiny pieces
Instructions
Cut rotisserie chicken into very small pieces/shred. ( * or drain canned chicken breast)
Mix chicken, cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, garlic and buffalo sauce together.
Cut celery into 2-3 inch pieces and fill with buffalo chicken mixture, dividing evenly between all celery pieces.
Garnish
Garnish with chopped green onion.
