This non alcoholic Miami Ice drink is a combination of iced tea, pureed mango and fresh mint and tastes just like Milestones restaurant's drink. It's a great mocktail for New Year's eve, dry January, late summer/early fall when fresh mint is being harvested or any time of the year!
Purée mango in food processor until smooth. *If using frozen mango, just add 1-2 tablespoon water to the food processor
Mix 10 ounces of iced tea and ⅓ cup mango purée together. *If the mixture is too cloudy and too many particles are floating, strain it. Repeat for 2nd glass
Strain through a sieve.Then pour back into a clean glasses
Add ice, mint and lemon wedges.
*If you want more 'mango' taste, add additional puréed mango.
