Notes
Expert Recipe Tips:
Use Frozen Banana for Creaminess
– A frozen banana is key to getting that thick, creamy texture without ice cream. Peel and freeze your bananas in advance for the best results!
Blend on High & Use the Right Setting
– Use a high-speed blender and select the "ice crush" setting or blend for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute to fully incorporate the ice and create a smooth, Frosty-like consistency.
Adjust Sweetness to Taste
– Depending on your preference, you can tweak the sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup. If using an alternative sweetener, start with a small amount and adjust as needed.
Serve Immediately for the Best Texture
– This frosty melts quickly! Enjoy it right away for the best thick and creamy consistency. If it sits too long, it may separate—just give it a quick stir or re-blend.
Use Small Store-Bought Ice Cubes
– Large homemade ice cubes can be too big for smooth blending. Store-bought ice cubes work best for emulsifying the drink and keeping it cold without over-diluting the flavor.
Storage:
Store this frozen dairy dessert in the freezer. If you're storing it for a short time (less than 24 hours) you can store it in the same glass you poured it in to drink, but cover it with some plastic wrap. If you plan to store it longer, store it in an airtight container - a juice jug would be ideal.
*It freezes very hard, so if you freeze it for more than a few hours, you'll need to let it sit out for about 20 minutes before you can drink it or use a spoon.

NOTE:
I use the light real whipped cream (in a spray bottle) because it's
only 1 point for 4 tablespoons of this whipped cream
and I love whipped cream! There are a couple of different brands you can buy that are only 1 point. Dairyland and Gay Lea are both brands that are WW friendly!
