This award-winning Turkey Brie Crostini is a unique and delicious turkey appetizer, made with leftover turkey or deli meat. This easy appetizer recipe only takes a few minutes to throw together and it's the perfect Christmas or Thanksgiving appetizer, although it's ideal for any occasion!
Preheat oven to 500 degrees (broil) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the baguette into 12- 1” circles. Top each baguette circle with ½ slice of roasted turkey.
Mix the jam and chili sauce together then top turkey with 1 tablespoon of black current jam /chili mixture, dividing the ingredients between all the baguettes.
Slice Brie and put 1 slice on each bite.
Broil in preheated oven for 2-3 minutes (or until cheese is melted)on 500 degrees F. Cool for 5 mins and serve!
Garnish (optional)
Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. *I used rosemary.
