🎥 Video - See me make this frozen yogurt bark in this Tiktok VIDEORecipe Tips:
Avoiding Ice Crystals. To prevent ice crystals from forming in the bark, pat dry the frozen raspberries lightly with a paper towel before adding them to the mixture. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet, ensuring consistent thickness for uniform freezing.
Storing for Maximum Freshness. Layer parchment paper between pieces when storing in a freezer bag or container to prevent them from sticking together. For a quick grab-and-go snack, pre-portion the bark into individual servings in small freezer-safe bags.
Enhancing Texture. Lightly toast the coconut flakes before sprinkling them on the bark for a nuttier flavor and a crispier texture.
