Notes
Recipe Tips:
Blend Until Completely Smooth. For the creamiest texture, blend the ingredients until there are no lumps. If needed, scrape down the sides of your blender or food processor to ensure everything is fully incorporated.
Use Stainless Steel or Silicone Popsicle Molds. Plastic molds work fine, but stainless steel popsicle molds (affiliate link) molds freeze faster and are easier to use. Silicone molds are also great because they make it easier to remove the popsicles.
Don’t Overfill the Molds. Leave a little space at the top of each mold (about ¼ inch) because liquids expand as they freeze. Overfilling may cause the popsicles to overflow or stick to the lid.
Run your popsicle molds under COLD water (not hot) to loosen them! It works sooo much better! *However, I will warn you that these guys melt FAST! But because they are so good, they’ll be gone very quickly anyway, so that shouldn’t be a problem!Â
Storage:Store these healthy popsicles in the freezer in the popsicle molds. But for longer storage, you can put the entire mold into an airtight container and store for up to 3 months. Or you can opt to remove them from the molds and wrap each popsicle individually in plastic wrap before storing it in an airtight bag or container. You don't have to refreeze them before wrapping them since they won't be able to stick together.Â
