When you enter a giveaway on Food Meanderings, you agree to accept and abide by the following giveaway policy and rules:
- NO purchase is necessary to enter any giveaway.
- The odds of winning any giveaway on Food Meanderings are dependent on the number of eligible entries received for each giveaway.
- Food Meanderings is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdirected entries.
- All giveaways are open to U.S. & Canadian residents (unless specifically stated on the individual giveaway) who have reached the age of majority in their State or Province of residence or Territory, with the exception of Quebec. Due to specific regulations in the Province of Quebec, giveaways may not always be open in this province. Please see the individual giveaway for specific details.
- Approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes is stated on the individual giveaway.
- Prizes are to be accepted as awarded. There will be no substitutions, unless the individual giveaway states that the winner has a choice.
- Food Meanderings is NOT responsible for any computer glitches, errors, or technical malfunctions causing entries to be lost or misdirected.
- All winners are chosen at random by Rafflecopter or Random Name Picker from all eligible entries received.
- Only ONE winner per qualifying mailing address, per giveaway, if more than one prize is being given out. Winner is subject to eligibility verification.
- All entrants’ email addresses will not be used for anything other than to contact you to tell you that you have won a giveaway. They will not ever be sold to a third party or given to a sponsor without your consent.
- All winners will be made to answer a skill testing question as a part of the verification email (all residents of Canada) or asked to provide the state they reside in for all US entrants. Failure to answer this question correctly will result in a disqualification and another winner will be chosen.
- All winners will have 48 hours to respond to the e-mail regarding their win (unless otherwise specified on the individual giveaway itself). If no response is received in this time frame, a new winner will be chosen.
- Food Meanderings is NOT responsible for the delivery of any prize (unless it is expressly written on the individual giveaway). It is usually the responsibility of the sponsor of said giveaway.
- Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for delivery of any prize before contacting Food Meanderings. Waiting can be frustrating, however some items take a little more time to ship out than others. If, after six weeks you have still not received your prize please contact me and I will get in touch with the sponsor.
- Food Meanderings is not responsible in the event that any winner does not receive their prize from the sponsor. We will do everything possible to help rectify the situation and assist the winner with receiving their prize.
