This simple and refreshing non- alcoholic punch, with Ginger ale and frozen strawberries, is easy, quick, and has only 4 ingredients. This Sparkling Strawberry Party Punch (non-alcoholic) is kid-friendly and perfect for family BBQs, summer parties, hot days, baby showers, bridal showers, special occasions, and birthday parties, and loved by children and adults alike! It's also WW friendly.

I discovered this Easy Strawberry party punch many years ago at a work function. One of my colleagues made it for our Stampede party at work. But since I couldn't remember what was in the one I’d had all those years before, I created this one, and it's become my go-to now. But what I did recall was the frozen strawberries because they were awesome AND they do double duty as ice cubes! I'm sure I'm pretty close to the original because this one is so good! This non alcoholic strawberry punch recipe pairs perfectly with my Beef on a Bun and Slow Cooker Baked Beans!

"Light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. It was a big hit at my two events this weekend!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
🥘 Ingredient Notes
You only need 4 ingredients for this easy peasy non-alcoholic punch recipe!

- Ginger ale. Use any brand of ginger ale. I use whatever I have on hand.
- Five Alive juice. I use Five Alive because it has a more complex taste than plain orange juice, as it's a blend of five fruit flavours. Make sure you buy the frozen concentrate.
- Sparkling water(lemon lime). I use lemon lime Perrier, but you could use any brand (Bubly, No name, etc). Plain lemon or lime works too.
- Frozen sliced strawberries. Sliced frozen strawberries work much better than whole.
📖Variations & Substitutions
- Strawberries - you can use fresh berries instead of frozen, but you'll need ice cubes Alternatively, you can freeze the fresh strawberries and use those instead.
- Orange juice - you can use regular orange juice or freshly squeezed orange juice
- Ginger ale - you use regular or diet ginger ale

🔪How to Make Non Alcoholic Strawberry Punch

- Step 1: Add frozen Five Alive juice first (do not dilute).

- Step 2: Add sparkling water and ginger ale, and stir to dissolve the frozen juice.

- Step 3: Add frozen sliced strawberries last (as they serve as the ice) and serve.
Expert Recipe Tips
- Use frozen strawberries for double-duty. They are not only flavorful but act as ice cubes without watering down your punch. Always opt for sliced over whole for faster thawing and easier sipping.
- Add ingredients in order for best results. Start with the frozen juice concentrate (undiluted), then stir in the ginger ale and sparkling water to fully dissolve the concentrate. Adding strawberries last ensures they float nicely and keep the punch chilled.
- Chill all ingredients before mixing. Refrigerate the ginger ale, sparkling water, and juice concentrate before making the punch. This ensures it stays cold and bubbly without needing additional ice.
- Avoid over-stirring. Gently stir the liquids just enough to combine. Over-stirring can flatten the carbonation in both the ginger ale and sparkling water.
- Serve in a clear vessel for visual appeal. A glass punch bowl, trifle dish, or pitcher lets the vibrant colors and strawberry slices shine—perfect for parties and photos.
- Make ahead with caution. Mix the punch (minus the strawberries) up to a few hours in advance and refrigerate. Add the frozen strawberries just before serving to maintain their texture and chill.
- Customize sweetness to taste. If you prefer a sweeter punch, add a splash of orange juice or an extra can of Five Alive. For less sweetness, use diet ginger ale or add more sparkling water.
- Make it festive. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, citrus slices, or even fun paper straws for added flair at parties or showers.

❔Recipe FAQ's
If Five Alive isn’t available, you can substitute it with a frozen citrus blend like Minute Maid Citrus Punch or a mix of orange and pineapple juice concentrates for a similar fruity profile.
You can easily spike this punch with vodka, rum, or prosecco for a fun adult twist. Just add about 1 oz of alcohol per serving, or adjust to taste.
This punch is so quick to make so there really isn't any need to make it in advance. However, you can mix the juice, ginger ale, and sparkling water ahead of time (but no more than day of, or it starts to lose it's fizziness. But it's best to add the frozen strawberries right before serving to keep the punch chilled and fresh. If added too early, the strawberries may become mushy and won’t help keep the drink cold.
Seriously... this is the ultimate party punch! This champagne-like bubbly and fizzy thing is happening, and it's perfect for kids. I serve it at all my kids' birthday parties and family BBQ's and it gets requested all the time.
And, although it's non alcoholic, it's totally spikeable with vodka or another spirit of your choice, if you so desire. But I’m more of a wine gal, so I’m perfectly happy to drink this punch sans alcohol (in between glasses of wine)! So, if you are looking for party punch recipes that are non alcoholic, you'll love this Strawberry Punch!
